Gaiter suround on corsa b

iv put a new gear gaiter on me corsa b and theres a massive gap now in between the gaiter and the center console. how did you fill the gap? all ideas welcome. cheers!

basicaly the standard gaitor fit right around and underneath the center console, but the one i got from halford, a ripspeed one, isnt as big as the standard one but fits around the bottom of the gear leaver. but it misses like 2 inches off the center console and all you can see is the horrible yellow foam shizzle.

ah, id say nothing you can do, take it back and fit standard one, miles better

which means you havnt got a corsa B one...you;ve been supplied with the wrong one...take that crap back and keep your monies...standard is way better than Jipspeed

i cant take it back now, i got it like a month ago and havent got the packagin anymore, i think il avto customise it some how. mmmmmmmm

ebay....no real point in modifying it, i still bet it wont fit...going by what you have said, it sounds like it will need extra material sewn in to make up for the gap

lmao the ripspeed one leaves a huge gap, **** knows how they ever sold one let alone keep up production, **** stick on crap should remain in halfrauds, refit the standard one, it's leather and fits!

There's a few people making good leather ones on ebay - do a search. I've bought a couple to replace old cracked and peeling standard ones. Basically they are an exact copy of a standard one, but in nice leather instead of the plastic leather-lookalike stuff you get as standard.
