Is it worth putting it into the sprayshop?

Is it worth putting it into the sprayshop?
Is silver a difficult colour to match???

I've got a few rust spots on my new motor, and the front bumper and bonnet have suffered from the usual stone chips.

The rust spots are probably about the size of a 5p piece and each door has one and there are three or four on the tailgate.

I've been to a bodyshop and he told me he can sort it, but has said that he will need to do each whole panel (door) as well as the bonnet and bumper so it all matches.

The car as it stands does look fantastic from six feet away and has a lovely shine and lustre to the paintwork. Is it worth having this level of work done just to sort a couple of rust scabs?

I do like waxing and polishing and making the car mint and I am afraid that I will lose the lustre and may end up with the panels looking like they don't match! and end up looking like the rear passenger door on this....

    My motor....

Hi mate I would just put it to a garage, there is more chance of them getting it right than you!
Remember if you are'nt happy with their work, you don't need to accept it until it is how you want it!!
