And you thought 20's were big, his new coupe is at Regal's now with 22's on it.

Oh and Regal have also built the new engine at a cost of £7.5k.

    Exclamation Calibre Coachworks Astra V6

For all you PUNKS out there who have been slating the Calibre Astra it seems pretty obvious that none of you know F**K all about modifying cars! You must all drive S****Y little Novas!

If you want to play with the BIG BOYS get rid of your crappy little cars and come down here and spend some money getting your motor sorted!

In answer to all of your Q's.

Car is now sold for more money than you girls earn in your life and is being driven everyday!

I challenge any of you monkeys to catch it in the road and any of the other chimps to find any faults with it.

To STRICK. Credit to another Bodyshop! You must be seeing things. Get some F*****G glasses!

Slag the engine off Mr Mike Warner. Listen pal you drive a Valve not a V6 with supercharger and NOS. So to start with I would keep quiet. Secondly is it really likely that Regal are going to go round slagging he car off when they built the lump! ****.

Anyway anyone else got some comments on something you know **** all about give us a call. More than willing to show you chimps a thing or 2!

    Well there you go then....

I personally dont like the exterior of the car, I prefered it when it was in its Lotus setup, the interior looks sweet but I'm not sure about all the PS2 n all that stuff, adds weight dont ya know

Anyways at the end of the day its a show car and theres one hell of a lot of show in that car....

    Angry Jets Astra

Well said Vaux, people who are slating Jets Astra know nothing about modyfying cars!!

I know Jet well, and am regularly at Calibre, and if you were to see the work and hours that were put in not just on his cars but on customers too, you would be amazed!!

All i can say is watch out for his new project, it is gonna be nothing like you've every seen before, it will literally blow you away with the detailing.

All the people who are slating the paintwork/stickers..etc..lets see your creations!!!

    OK, fair comment.
I dont have a copy of the artical, therefore i cannot say for sure, so have edited the post accordingly. If i am wrong (as it would appear) then applogise here and now to Jet and his team.
I still stand by my opinion that i PERSONALLY prefered the car when it was silver, but everyone has differing taste, and im sure he sold it for plenty of ££s as it was at the end of the day a (successful) cover car.

right so the average person earns around 30k a year (or a figure like that) say they work for 40 years (20-60 years old) not taking into acount inflation or any other variables
    £30,000 x 40 = £1,200,000

Someone paid that much lmao lmao lmao
    i don't think so

Anyway anyone else got some comments on something you know **** all about give us a call
    whats your number?

I challenge any of you monkeys to catch it in the road and any of the other chimps to find any faults with it.
i've never looked at it that closly at billing a couple of years back so i can't comment.

so let me get this strieght its a demo car thats drivven hard every day with god knows how many screens in it (6+ wasn't it)
and was sold for £120,00+ and how long have you and jet been going out?

    GET A LIFE!
Its a car not a person
ITS NOT YOURS, so why the big problem with people slagging it off, its the joys of trhe interent every idot gets a say.

By what vaux said i'm gonna say he is Jet. If hes asking to race people and ring him then it must be. Personally i like the astra. I think its mean. Everyone has there own opinion and this is mine. If Jets new astra is at regal already with 22s hes gone bigger than max powers astra turbo coupe. He probably will build i better car, i beleive but as that saxo was for sale for 15k and this is the same price, what would you rather have??? jap styling on both, so its down to speed and i'm pretty sure Jets astra would win. I would buy Jets astra with no hesitation, but as i said "its my opinion"

The single comment I made on this thread is true. I think you want to take it up with Regal - not me.

So what quarter miles time has the car run?.... is it better than 13.89? I thought not. All show no go - but if you like that sort of thing, fine.
Why is the time of day with the slowest traffic called rush hour?

That original post is by Jet? MY ARSE. Sorry but a 30+ guy doesn't talk like a 14 year old. I think Jet'd probably accept that people have their personal opinions and may defend some of the slating but not in the way thats been posted above.

"if hes asking to race people it must be him"

Thats what your meant to think. I've met plenty of people claiming to own other peoples cars.

If the comments were really made by Jet i wouldn't EVER take a car near him as that sort of attitude wouldn't be the best for customer service.

Vaux. Give up trying to be someone you're not. You are giving Jet a worse reputation than any of us ever could.

17 years old ahhh it explains so much

Design is subjective people have different ideas of what is good and bad (why do people listen to tom jones?), live with it you may love it other people can leave it.

personally i like a bit of styling but with god knows how much spent on it, I would build myself a rally car and rally it till the money ran out
    Thats my opionion
You love it, fine ive/we've not got a problem with it just don't expect everyone else to agree with you

lmao Mike can you stop signing up sperm to the board. Let people develop brains before letting them post

I like jets car its different and thats the style i like. Poor bloke would probbaly piss himself if he saw the way you scrotes were trying to defend him.

Either stick around and respect the fact people are allowed their own tastes or piss off back down whichever hole you crawled out of.

    1 stripped 8 valve astra,
I can't stand it when jumped up little max power heads come on here and start slagging people off who have just given their personal opinions. It seems like someone says "hey there is someone slagging off jets astra get on mig and have a go at them"

Ok I like some aspects of jets car but not all, but again that is personal opinon again, as you said Mike all show no go, a larger engine with nos blah, blah, blah does not always mean lightning quick 1/4 mile times.

Jet has taken a lot of time and put a lot of money into the car and has produced a one off car, personally i don't think a man with the intelligence to build a car like this would appreciate little oiks like 'Vaux' coming on here and acting all bravado and slagging off Mr Warner.

Stick to fast car kids they have forums to
8 valves are fun but I have been bitten by the XE bug.... 1500 miles and I'm bored. ah well if only I'd listened........
