stripped out track day cars

hi guys right i am making my corsa xe into a track day car so want some pics of stripped out cars, so i can make my mind up with what i am going to do!

also does taking doorcards,and carpet out make any difference on the track?

If its a stripped out trackday car then just go through the car and anything that doesnt give you a benefit being in there versus being out of there for going round the track just get rid of it.

Yes taking out carpets and doorcards makes a difference, but just remember its an entirely cumulative effect, each thing on its own would be pretty imeasurable.

ok kool, its only going to be used fro track days and mayb once a week to show her off!!

Track cars are rarely show cars, and for a reason IMHO!

no i mean, use her just to go for a spin mate!! i have had a lot of stripped out corsa's but didnt know if it made much of a difference!

all i know is when there stripped out they go very light on the rear after 120+

Yes they do.

You wont spend much time over 120 on any uk track though in reality with only an XE to power you.

well i would be used on the roads as well so dont really know what to do!

its only going to be a 2 seater as i wont let the baby or misses in it!!

taking out the two quarter windows + back one and put in perspex instead , the windows weigh quite a bit m8 so will make a difference thats what im doing to mine
