ive got a set of 16 inch wheels and the tyres currently on them are 205/45/16.
if i wanted a set of tyres stretched on would 195/45/16 be okay?

Manifolds, flanges, collectors, bends and car transport PM your needs.
wtf???lmao
hes editied it so...what the width of the wheel itself??? im asuming it either 6.5j right??
you wont have a huge stretch with them tyres though
Signature not as cool as Paul's
i dont want a massive stretch, just something noticibly euro, if that makes sense im not sure how wide the wheels are tbh, al i know is that the tyres are 205's
What about 185/55r15 on 8j rims? too extreme?
had 195 or 185 on a 9j wheel...was 9j or 8.5, wasnt overly extreme but was pretty stretched...that should give you abit of an idea

This is 195/45/16 on a 7J wheel. Hardly euro look.
It all depends on the wheel size to get the stretched look. I have 205/50/15 on Astra GSi wheels which are 6J and the tyres are wider than the wheel.
195's wont look strecthed at all if there standard vaux wheels, or vaux fitment.. they'd need to be a min of 8 1/2 inches wide for 195's to look stretched on them
if you have a girlfriend or wife dont let them drive it. my wife obliterated the front wheel, chunked the rim proper. 17 inch saab offset with 205s meant to take 235's
