What color blue is the scottish flag blue?

Hi

I am looking for some paint to start painting the cav. It needs to go back to the original BTCC cav color for the Ecurie Ecosse colors. I believe it was the scottish flag theme. So need to find out what color is the scottish blue.

Any ideas?
