good luck, i had to reattach mine cos i lifted paint they look better fitted anyway

get a heatgun heat it up and start to pull it off

If the car is silver then you may have a problem. All silver Vauxhalls I have done leave a faint discoloured silver underneath the strips. Will try and take some photo's to show you.
