Swapping Astra Wagon CDX front seats for Astra Lumbar Supported Seats

Hi, I recently bought an 2007 CDX Astra Wagon and can't seem to get comfortable in the drivers seat. Is it possible to just find some 'second hand' front Astra seats that have the lumbar support adjustment and swap them over. I dont have seat heating so wiring that in is not a concern?
Regards Sarah.

On Astras I think lumbar only came with leather. ( I have it on my MK 2001 CDX)

You may find that VectraC seats are interchangeable, with a bit more spec on.

or buy a small cushion? you used to be able to buy lumbar pads, ( basically a long cushion on elastic) dunno if that would help at all?

Thanks all for the replies, have bought a lumbar cushion which I sit on that helps and I've got a trimmer making me a better cushion but I would prefer a new set of front seats if it wasn't going to cost the earth and was do-able.
