Will Original Nova Alloys fit a Corsa B

Would a set of 14" Classic multispoke alloys that were originally on a nova (which is being scrapped or givin to my cousin) fit my Corsa B without any problems. I hope to swap them for my steelies tomorrow, so will the alloys fit without any problems, and will my steelies fit the nova if my cousin is to have it? Thanks in advance =D
