Recommend me some bucket seats

Spoken to twglet and olly about seats and they recommend the corbeau revolutions but i am a bit hessitant to buy seats with the wrap around ears like they have.

Had been thinking of corbeau pro-series seats or cobra suzukas as these are similar to the others but without the ears.

I have sat in them all and find them all comfortable so i am really not sure what to go for.

Re: Recommend me some bucket seats

The ones with ears make getting in/out of most cars an absolute c**t.

Imagine trying to walk through a door:

1) Without opening it more than four inches
2) With your knees stapled together
3) Naked

Re: Recommend me some bucket seats

After having 'entry' level Cobra Monacos, I always wanted the revolutions as they looked that bit more purposeful & hard core.

Er- go and sit in some and see what you think. The fit around you is far more important than looks.

And if this a proper toy car you're only gonna get in and out twice, and you'll be spending a lot more time driving it. So teh eras thing I reckon isn't really the issue. That is of course if your'e gonna be driving it like a man (track days etc).

Oh - I've got some Sparco Evo2's and they're good for the 'slightly bigger' person.

I have a Corbeau Pro Series as the drivers seat for my track car and they are quality, would definately recommend it.

Re: Recommend me some bucket seats

ill swear by my cobra monacos and 4 point harness's from the day i should have died to the day i do die, sounds heavy but it isnt.....

i spanked my nova into a big tree at 95mph, rolled end over side for 120m and landed on the roof, the police were amazed i lived let alone stood there chatting to them, i had some bruises and 2 minor cuts but even an xray couldnt find me broken, best £550 ive ever spent (for the pair)
