Mesh , Yes or No ?

Should I bother meshing the bumper ? or just leave it as it is ?
Has anyone ever had stone damage or a very big insect hit their intercooler ?
I'm guessing that small flys will just brush off ..

Re: Mesh , Yes or No ?

If you can get some mesh to match your grill, it would look good. Or some black metal mesh?! The I/C could be prone to being damaged by stones if not protected.

Re: Mesh , Yes or No ?

Whatever you use will have to match the top half IMO.

Mesh generally is a massive 'NO' IMO. But the right stuff could look good in that bumper, obviously it would need to be black to match.

Re: Mesh , Yes or No ?

I'd personally mesh it, but use black mesh or honeycomb like the grille.

My preferred use of mesh is to hide stuff - to give the impression of a black hole at a distance rather than the mesh itself being a styling point.

Given how exposed the I/C is down there, I'd agree with everyone else and say "mesh!"

Re: Mesh , Yes or No ?

id mesh it, just like everyone elses said. would look very smart when done right.

Plus if you dont, its not just stones, could be the likes of small birds etc flying into the path of the car. That would certainly bugger the IC.

WOuld have to be strong mesh mind lol
