Never bothered before but my cav v6 is my baby and plan on keepin her.

Spent a lot of money on her and she's still not very well but figured I'd concentrate on body a bit more now so...

WHat do I do about this...

looks like your going to have to get a new arch welded in then resprayed

Id do exactly the same. Get new arches, cut out the old rusty one, weld the new one in place and paint.
