As per title, can they be bought ready made or does an original grill have to be modified?

Its an L reg 94 GSI 1.8 16V (C18XE). I think the phase 1's have the the molding on the bottom of the door to match the skirts am I right?

Yes that's the type of grill I want. Car looks the same colour as mine . I'll have to keep an eye out for one that someone did previously then.

Phase 1 gsi grill thats been smoothed then.
Look on here and ebay.

Dosnt matter what phase it is itl still need filled,smoothed an painted.Pretty easy to do diy.Its getting the paint to match that may prove difficult with rattle cans.

We have a compressor in work which I regularly use for spraying cellulose paint on products so I could use that .
