You'll have to take the grills out the vents then make a blanking plate to fit over so you can mount the gauges in that, then run the wiring!![]()

The centre ones are a bit of a pain.
I've used the drivers side vent. It's easier to get out. I cut a spare vent apart and glued the flap shut to make a "plug" for the duct, so I don't waste any warm air behind the dash.
It's also easier to route any wiring or hoses you need, as there is access under the dash by the pedals, and you can use the hole for the bonnet release to feed any bits and bobs through.

Teeth? LUXURY! When I was a child we ate by putting rocks in our mouth and jumping up and down.
the reason i want them thru the centre is because when i had the dash out i had blanked the vents so no air can come thru and to place a couple of gauges.
Ive seen people with the oe vents with the gauges in them which look good as opposed to the 1 above (I'm not saying it looks bad every 1 to there own)
If you want to do it that way tou will need to carefully measure the size of the gauge and vent to see if it fits then cut part of the vent out to put the gauge into.
