18" wheels

up to know ive been running my mk2 nova round on 17" wheels with very little trouble, but know i wish to go for 18" wheels, ive just sold the 17's and am waiting for the 18's to arrive, does anyone know how much more work i'll have to do to get the 18's on

How about feckloads. assuming it's a 3 door (easier on 5 doors and saloons )

What width are your new 18's coz thats gonna be a major factor.

Your probably gonna need your arches stretched and pulled to within an inch of their life.

Wouldn't it have been better to ask these questions before buying the wheels?

nathan-ive got a nova and i would love to know what 18" youve got and how hard they r to get on?+ what have you had to do?

what offset and width are they?

what modds did you have to do to get the 17" s on and what oofset,width where they and what wheels were they?

the car is a 3 door

to get the 17's on all i did was tap up the front and rear arches and then hit some of the rear arch in with a mallet where it was rubbing, they were a et45 offset 7.5mm wide

the new wheels a thinner than the 17's, there only 7" wide but im sorry but i wont reveal the name of the wheel to you cause theyre not supposed to be on the market yet (got them direct from dealer via a friend) there a et45 aswell

theres only one 7*18" wheel i can think of but i wont say because i thonk i know what it is.
