U can buy it either in a tube form eith the need of a compressing 'gun' which u repeatedly ratchet to force out the silicon......or u can now buy it in aerosol cans if its for a tight space, or u dont wanna buy the 'gun' seperately....

cost me about £4 for a tube/can of 'No-more-nails' aerosol which i used to mesh my grille.........

either that, or use that and/or a combination of small self tapping screws if u can fix them where they wont be seen......

any hardware place should sell a good variety, make sure u buy one thats both flexible and waterproof, u can also get ones (like i used) that dry perfectly clear too, just in case.....

i managed to buy some mesh that is galvanised, intended for outdoor use for items such as rabbit cages etc........

it was a massive sheet, enough to comfortably do about 3 Nova meshed grilles.......

it set me back a massive £2.79 lmao

looks the mutts too, small sqaures, lovely finish, nice and pliable/bendy.......bought it from 'The Range' in Exeter, a shop that sells two of every form of everything known to man!!!lmao

did my whole grille for under £10 including the mesh, adhesive and tin snips...........bargain...........

to attach ur mesh, y not be abit diffrent and give it a racier look and use rivits?? this is wat we use for mesh on racecar. its simple, drill a small hole (size dependant on the of rivit), put the 'head' thru to the back (so flush side will be at front), use a washer behind so it defo grips, n then it wont go anywhere!!

    just a thought...
check out my homepage - it may not be a vauxhall, but its a lot quicker!!!

yeah...another good idea, i'll see about that one, might even use rivits as well as silicon glue to DEFO make sure it'll stay, cheers.

There's nothing more irritating than mesh coming apart from the bumper. Get some mechanical fasteners in there somehow.
Do you want to install and run "Adobe Flash Player 9"?
    No, now f*** ***.
