bonnet lifters being bonnet struts.... or lifters???

sorry ot question it, but bonnet struts are a replacement for the manky bar you use to hold the bonnet up....

where as lifters are the plugs that are on top of your bonnet... instead of the clip to lock it down....

    which one?

bonnet struts are the chrome ones that are full of oil/gas so there called struts.

Also i can see why there called lifeters to as they take the the weight out the bonnet and actually help you lift the bonnet.
