    Need your opinions please...

Draw your eyes on the splitter.

    How it currently looks:

Right, now, I was thinking as the planned rear bumper Ive got, its going to bring the rear bumper down a couple inches, and I dont want it overpowering the front etc. So, if I sanded down the front splitter and degreased it etc, and then colour coded it, it makes the front 'APPEAR' lower although its the same as being black.

    What do you think?

Can always trust on you Chris lmao

TINTIN, I know it IS the same, but colour coding it makes it appear lower than it is.

Yeah, it's been done, but only by Bruce! Give Steve at Leicestershire motor factors a ring. He gets the Irmscher stuff cheap.

    hmmm
    how cheap though lmao

i see bruce's is a facelift meaning he got the different rear bumper to me....meaning if I wanted a rear extension, would need the newer bumper first

IMHO i can see no difference in visual look, weather it's colour coded or not. Maybe its psycoligical or some thing. Do what you feel's best. That way you'll be most happy with it

Bruce had to get the older rear bumper skirt and fit it to his phase 2 bumper as Irmscher never made an add-on for the newer style rear bumper. There are 2 styles also for the front bumper the newer version as fitted to Bruce's and the older version for the phase 1 bumpers. There is not a lot in difference in the phase 1 and phase 2 front bumpers. Just the rear bumpers that are mildly different.

Imrscher don't have any pics of the rear bumper skin or the older style front bumper skin. But give Irmscher UK a call and get them to send you their Astra F brochure from their 'Classics' range.

Steve also sells these which are different. Don't see many of these.
