5 Stud Conversion Astra G

Hi can anyone tell me how i go about converting my 4 stud 1999 astra to 5 stud? Do i just need to change the hubs?

You will need for the front:-
2 x 5 stud front hubs
2 x 5 stud front hub carriers
2 x 5 stud front 280/308mm disks and pads
2 x 5 stud front calipers and brackets

You will need for the rear:-
2 x 5 stud rear hubs
2 x 5 stud rear hub carriers
2 x 5 stud rear 264 disks and pads
2 x 5 stud rear calipers and brackets
