Leather boot for handbrake and gearshift?

I´m looking for some leather boots for the handbrake and gearshift lever in my Cally.
Any idea where I might find something like this - or should I just have them made up?
Of course I could just go ahead and buy replacement standard parts from Opel but that imitated "leather" looks like sh**, probably wears out quickly and is probably expensive, too.
    cheers,
    Allan

The best ones I've seen have been Demon Tweeks. Head to Smiths and pick up one of the magazines that has the catalogue in it. Max Poo do it occasionally, or its been in C&CC before.
