what % shade tint for my windows???

has any one got pics of their cars wiv tints? what % are they?

im told 50% is the legal limit but looks cack, im thinking 20% on fronts and either 20% or 5% on rears and back window

its a white mk2 astra by the way.

what do u lot reckon i should go for??

I'd go for 35% all round. I have seen this done to Mark CDX V6's Cavalier and it looks great, even from the inside, its not too dark.

Mark CDX V6 took his car to some tinting specialist, and they removed all the glass, tinted them, then replaced them, all that cost £250.+ I believe,

Your side windows are meant to be 50% by law but alot of places will do them 35%.

Im getting mine cheap by my uncle but his work wont do them if they aint legal so its gonna have to be 50% at the sides, 35 the rest.

If you can get away with it then 35 all round.

i say go for, 35 percent on the front doors and rear doors/sides

maybe alittle darker on rear window

Dark Tint on a White Astra looks a bit Drug Dealer/Pimp, but not as bad as red.

The guy at the place I had mine done had a MK3 Astra Estate in white with 35% all round, and even that looked a bit dark.

Mine are 35% all round, but you should legally have 50% fronts and 5% others., although at 35% you are unlikely to get pulled.

It depends on the colour of your interior aswell.

A dark one doesnt need such a dark tint as it bounces back on itself.

I would actually go for 30% personally myself.
