    Question A Sikoflex Question...

Popped in to my local motor factors on the way home from work today to see if they had any, they didn't BUT they could get hold of some, the problem is there is a few different types of the stuff apparently: Black, White, Grey, Multi-purpose and windscreen bondant.

Whats the difference between them? I need the stuff to bond some sideskirts together.

Colour isn't the issue. It's just for customer preference. The colour of the tubes themseves though incicates which type it is. I think there are a few types. I'd get the windscreen sealer as that's hardcore and also black. Either black or clear. They are kinda neutral colours anyway. As far as I am away, the windscreen bond is only available in black.

Dunlop adhesives make a better version of this and there are many types, so a specific job can be catered for.

Yes Simon is right colour is just your preference, try and get a panel bond adhesive and some panel cleaner and remember and clean both surfaces.

I had a sneaking suspicion that the only difference was the colour.
