    Whats involved

How much work is involved in meshing a cav gsi grill. It doesn't look to bad but having removed it to bring it to work with me i came to a hidious oppinion. With the grill removed my car would be an easy target for theft as the bonnet release would be accessable to any one. So i replaced it but now need to know what work is involved due to the fact of not having much time on my hands out of work

Do what I did and carefully trim the mesh (seeing as you have so much time!) so that it fits the grill exactly then attach it to the existing grill. It hides it very well and you still have your security.
Also bear in mind the bottom of the grill is what actually mounts the thing between the headlights.

That's not a bad idea. If i cut a template out of card i can then bring the mesh and card to work and do the job. Thanks Chameleon. The one thing that worries me with that though is getting a nice tight fit without scratching the paint on the outter grill. Doh! So many worries and not enough minnerals
