    Bonnet Louvres - How?

Hello chaps...this could be one for Mike Warner....

Whats involved in getting louvres in the bonnet? Is it just a case of making slits? Of course I will get bodyshop to do them. I think they look very nice and subtle.

    Whats the beef?

There are special 'presses' at machine shops that do the job.

they get pressed from inside out.

    Ah right I seeeeee.

What do you reckon a rough price would be then at a bodyshop, or is not a bodyshop you take it to

Only specialist bodyshops will have that facility. It's not something Mr and Mrs Average specify to have done on their ageing Ford Sierra.

Give South West Body works a call in Glastonbury and see what they can come up with.

    Hmmm...are they good?
Cause I got a few things I need doing eg: arch rust, sill damage repaired, few bits removed and smoothed over, full respray.

    And are their prices reasonable?

Very good. They do all the work on my mate Rich's Astra.

For the quality of work they do, they are pretty reasonable.
