About LinkBacksId like to put these on my tigra but they only come in vw fitment so the offset will be wrong, will they still fit?

yes mate they will fit but with a et20 offset they will stick out to wide
i would say put stretched tyres on but et 20 is way out of vauxhall fitment ( et 49 i think) so dont know if you would get away with it. best to ask on a dub forum.

you will need something like 195/40 tire so the dont rub if you are to low
yeh its lowered 60mm, i think i can get 40 profiles, any idea on how much they will stick out and if theyl look stupid?
60? the wheel will be sitting on the arch.

are they Front7x16 and rear9x16?
no front and rear 7.5 x 16
you will be OK with 195-40 rear the will stick out but that the euro kind of look correct?if i were you i would do the borbet t ones but thats a "taste" think and even better if you get 35 offset for front and rear and then stick with a more normal 195/45 diamenson
i think you might just get away with it with 195/40/16 tyres on a 7.5 rim as my mate as tryed a set of 9x16 et20 on his cav with 195/40/16 stretched on them and lowered 60mm all round and it dont catch he had these wheels on his nova but it had big arches on and coilovers
