Are flat spots on inner edge of alloy wheels a problem?

Just got some rims and two of 'em have slight flat spots on the inner edge.

Is this a massive problem, and can they be repaired? Ta

Is the rim seals and it balances ok i'd say its ok,
    as its quite small looking.

Cheers guys...it's real annoying as I'm trying to sell the wheels and I'm being up front about the flat spots (something which the guy who I bought 'em off wasn't!) and I'm now a bit worried it's gonna put people off buying 'em.

    This is the other one....

Not being funny, but I wouldn't even have noticed. Certainly not a big deal.
