Speeding do it, good stuff, But be carefull when you apply it. Do lots of very thin coats, so the tint slowly builds up. But dont tint it too much. Looks nice if done slowly and properly.

I have a cunning plan to remedy this (put more powerful bulbs in..... the tru color WILL shine thru!!! even if my Reverse light will remain slightly pink

My lights are tinted with the savage tint spray and it has worked out well, looks very black and the light still shines through well, but I would like some brighter bulbs than standard. I looked round the local motor factors and halfords but I could only find standard 21w bulbs. any ideas where I can find more powerfull ones?

    cheers.

Im sure the Larger Halford stores do or did a rear light tinting kit which comprises of tinting spray and brighter bulbs complete in a kit form.

Ask the staff there, they might be able to help.

    quick tip

a mate of mine who paints cars for a living came up with the idea of mixing a little black paint with laquer and spraying it onto the lights hes done mine and quite a few others i know and they all look the nuts as arent too dark and are shinny also it lasts really well mine have been done well over a year and look as good as new

it should also work with any car body colour although maybe not as well
