How does the black strip at the bottom of the bumper come off?

I need to remove it carefully as I want to use the lip behind it to bond the splitter im making to.

little plastic pop rivet thingys, very easy to get off just take the bumper off and youll see what i mean

So basically once its off it wont go back on if its pop riveted?

No the are like a little plug with a hole in the middle with a pin in the hole, you push the pin out from the back and pull the plug out.

To replace you put the plug in and push the pin in.
