Right mate the BAT kit,
My first and main advice is if you not a bodyshop/panelbeater then let BAT themselves fit the fit for you.
Cost £2500 supplied and fitted (painted same colour) or £500 more for any colour
What you need to remember about the kit its made for a rally car so on a rally car it dosent have to look right/straight.
The kit comes in 4 wings 2 bumpers and EVERY panel is the wrong shape, size, full of defects, it’s the worst kit I have ever seen or fitted.
Hard to tell you every little thing but examples easy to show you for a pic. Look at the pic (link below) drivers side bumper dosent line up with the wing, passenger wing you can see inside the door.

every panel needs reshaping and reflatting (as they are very very rippled) I finished my car and painted it, then took it outside to buff and saw there was loads more I had missed and had to start again.
The list of problems is endless mate. I can also say its not pot luck (some kits are good and some are bad) as I have fitted 2 of these kits and have seen ever BAT corsa there is (as I keep in contact with everyone who has a kit) and all the defects are the same on each car and all had the same problems.
Fuel filler cap is the same, the standard one dosent work/fit so you need to add to the cost a uprated rally one (again another £100-150 ontop)
You are going to need coilovers with at least 100mm drop otherwise the car will sit high (as there is no rear arch for the wheel to sit in) £400 ontop
Wheels your going to need 18’s atleast again as with the arch problems 17’s look small and lost, also the offset needs to be around ET20 so your standard Vauxhall wheels are no good (so theres new wheels your going to need)
The kit costs £1200 and BAT are saying £1000 to fit in my eyes total bargin as I know so many bodyshops who have turned this kit away as it is that bad (hard to stress/explain how bad it is) there was a Kit flying about which was owned by MattB well that was originally Vicki’s from PVD and she took it everywhere to get it fitted and once they saw the kit they turned her away ( bodyshops including Carisma, Colourworx, Sabra etc) the reason why she sold it on, then it went to K17STY who again had the same problem but in Scotland, then onto Matt now with Starkie who wants to fit it to a Tigra so will need all chopping anyway.
If your going do this and go for the BAT kit then its going to cost you a good bit BUT once done and done right looks the dogs, but at a cost.
Any more question mate or you want to come over and take a close look at mine then let me know mate
Hope this helps let me know what you think..........
