    Black oval side repeaters

    So guys..
Where do I get these from (for a Mk3 Cav)?
I want black ones, not smoked (unless they are a real dark smoke)
I want them to be a direct replacement for the current ones, no chopping my wiring about.

    Ta

Most of them do the universal ones.... meaning I'd have to chop my wiring. Or the smoked ones which aren't dark enough.

Been to 4 places today.. useless

Only found 'em online at CC Motorsport and, to be honest, I'm a little reluctant

Buy some black tint spray and spray your current ones then.

Its not rocket science adapting the wiring slightly to fit universal ones. 15 minute job.

    http://cgi6.ebay.co.uk/aw-cgi/eBayIS...sort=3&rows=25

Zelda_uk supplies direct replacements... I got smoked ones from her a few weeks back and they are great quality....

If you're not an ebayer then PM me and i'll contact the seller direct and see if i can get them...

Cheers Dutch, they look like just the ticket

Did they go on to your Cav without any cutting etc.?
It's not that I can;t cut and join wires etc, I just prefer not to unless absolutely necessary

Will she sell direct? Or does she insist on entering the auction?
    How much did you pay?

    Sorry for all the questions

Only had to turn off the cr@p orange ones and change the bulb..... fit the new rubber washer and screw the lens half a turn on... thats it

This kit doesn't supply new bulb fitting just the lense etc..[kit includes bulb, lense and rubber washer]

Did mine and my dads in 3 minutes....

Not sure if she will sell direct but I got them through auction for 3.99 a set with a pound postage.... dutch auction see so more likely to get them at given price...

Vauxhall want about £7 for orange lenses so either way you're on a winner... even if you want them darker it will only be a couple of fine sprays of tint or even just regular paint..

black tint spray does it for me... because...

cheaper AND you can choose the darkness of it and the light will still shine through as its Tranluscent...

just pound layers on to get them black black!

Well if these oval ones don't come dark enough, the tint spray will finish the job for me
