Try & leave any swarf or overlapped & flaky powder on the inside is what he /\/\ meant to say*

    * Do so at your peril.

In all fairness though, someone that has to ask what paint to use is unlikely to appreciate what goes in to having a powder coated cover, ie shotblasting the old paint off, having it powder coated & then checking for any contamination etc before refitting.

Powder coat often has imperfections so I wouldnt recommend it as such.

true, somebody that has to ask what paint to use, should NOT attempt to paint the rocker cover!

2K is fine and IMHO the best way to go. Better finish, more colours, more effects, you can flat and polish, and of course you can get a much higher gloss finish also you can match to the colour of your car perfectly.

Plus spray painters know how to mask up the inside....whistle...

Any body shop can and will do it for you and you can just sand the orig finish and prime/paint over that....
Clicky link for the longest (11 years and counting) rebuild thread..
Chip says..Bunch of jokers the lot of them, wouldnt know a good map if you stuffed an AA road atlas of great britain up their arse and set fire to it..
