    seat side mountings

is it safe to bolt them directly to the floor?

i dont want to have to weld seat bars in so this is the next option. is it safe to do so?

yeah but they can punch thru...

can you not get ones that fit to the vx subframes or to there mounting points?

theyre side mounted seats so i have to use sidemounts one way or another, i had them bolted to standard frames + runners before. but i think ive sorted them sitting too high by seperarting the sliders from the frames and just bolting the sidemounts to the frames(instead of to the sliders and frames) sits very securely now and about the right height/distance away from wheel and pedals without the need to cut/weld and of the floor pan. the holes on the sidemounts near enough match up where the slides bolted to the frames so  if any one wants pics for future reference i'll get some
