    Question Car Paint Code!!

    any one know where i can get the paint code for my calibra from. cant seem to see it first hand in manuals. buying a spoiler for the car so need the paint code to match up. its red by the way. any help appreciated.

    yep, should be on the plate that's the same colour as your bodywork, there might be a thread on here with all the paint codes and what they mean, use the search button

    If it's a '96 calibra, it's probably Magma Red, Vauxhall Code 79L

    The plate should say Y547 (Opel colour code) which is 79L (Vx colour). Is it going pink?

    no mate it aint gone barbie on me yet but looks pretty fresh for year but would say the paint has had some kind of bufering done at some stage to bring it back to its old self. by the way 79L is on the money with the paint code lads so cheers. = ..
