Our future lies in the past, we can learn from the past to forcast our future,
or curb it by swinging the back with hand brake turns

Grim, be a bit careful with the WD40 as you don't want to get it on the brakes. If you go carefully I'd recommend a trolley jack a big hammer and some wheel chocks of some sort. Jack the car up, put axle stands under it (and don`t even think about not using them mate) and chock the front wheels. Carefully spray some penetrating oil around where the wheel goes on to the hub and gently release the handbrake and gives the wheels a good old fashioned tw*tting from behind with the lump hammer. Withe the handbrake off you can move the wheels around so you can hit them from different places. Once off give the bit where the wheel centres sit onto the hub a going over with a wire brush and/or sandpaper and carefully apply copper grease to that area and that area only (i.e not on the brakes) as if an alloy wheel gets corroded on you're going to have some real fun trying to get it off in future.
HTH mate.

allvaux your a star, thats pretty much what i did although i found that taking one mother of a swing at the wheel gets it off rather than just randomly hitting it lmao

Again using axle stands I've found before a good kicking of the tyre at the top and the bottom of the wheel (steel capped boots only!) from outside of the car can help quite a bit. Axle stands in case you manage to rock it off the jack. The good thing is if you don't want the steel wheels than you can knock the crap out of them with a decent lump hammer.
