    Paint removal from rubber strip

OK when i sprayed the car i got a little bit slack near the end and some of my black rubbers have got some over psray on them.
Any suggestions on how to remove this with little damage to surrounding area?
hwat should i use etc. Thinners seems a little inneffective as i can obviously soak it in it etc and seems to have dried in pretty well
    thanks
