    Question In-car Camera mounts....

Got a little dash mount setup in the GTE, so my phone camera can mount onto it. Works pretty well too!

Only thing is, that it does sometimes vibrate when driving, which causes the video to go blurry.

Now I have put thin foam padding on either side of the mount, thinking it would cushion some of the vibrations, but could this be causing the blurryness?

Whats best when it comes to in-car cameras: Padding to take the vibrations from the mount, or the mount to be absolute solid to the dash with no padding?

    Any ideas?
