roof rattles

Last Augusat i took my 91 cav GSi to get its rear arches tidied along with a little roof rust around the rear widndow. for a while it was fine but now at idle my roof rattles.
I can only put this down to them pressing down too hard when rubbing the roof. its at the rear somewhere and have a feeling it has to have something to do with sunroof runners.

how the hell do i fix it? im sick of sittin at lights with my foot on the throtle

well i can more or less confirm that it is the sunroof runners - something loose. It is cheap to fix (as far as I know) but a real pain in the ass to strip the rooflining

Thanks for reply, i aint gonna strip the roof lining mind. guess ill just have to live with it
