Calibra weatherstrips!

The lower weatherstrip below one of the doors has gone bad and has been removed for a while.
I´m talking about the strip/bar below the actual weatherstrip around the door. (does that make sense?)

The metal part is still there, only the rubber part was torn so I took that off. Now I got hold of some used strips so I want to fix it..

I can´t find any info on this in the Haynes manual - how do I remove the metal part of the strip so I can put the other one on?

just pull on it hard and it will come off. it clips on/off.
