People with Cobra, Sparco etc seats!!!

I need some answers from you peeps at MIG.

I want to put some Cobra Daytona's into my Mk3 Cav SRi. What I want to know is do they go straight in?

I was looking at my standard seats earlier when I noticed that the actual seat belt holder (the clunk click thing) is either connected to seat or the sub frame.

Obviously when I take these seats out that part of the seat belt will come out too, but will the new sub frame have fixings for this or are these seats only really made for harnesses (spelling?) If they are I will have weld a plate in and fasten it to this, yes?

I want to put harnesses in one day but not for a few months.

I hope all this makes some sort of sense and I hope you can help.

    Regards,

    DAZ

If you buy the tailored subframes there is a place to bolt the buckle to.

do the subframes bolt straight into the vauxhall bolt holes lee?

otherwise do you need to drill the floorpan?

another option is to maybe use the vauxhall subframes?

They bolted to ALL the original bolt holes, not like my nova where its only the front 2 then drill the rear 2.
The cav ones are PROPER taliored subframes.

There was no chance we could have used the original ones they are all the wrong height and width to fit the new seats.
