No they didn't, not as standard.
You will find Irmscher 4 stud 17 inch wheels but these would be an optional extra when buying new and obviously just like buying new hweels if you want to buy them now.
i think the largest size in 4 stud was a 16 inch wheel

i would love a set of 17"" 4 stud vauxhall ones for me gsi as phase 2 but so hard to find!!

Other option is you can go for the Corsa C SRi/Meriva 16's
