Afraid not, The car will be back in the body shop having the arches etc finished and sprayed. Is there a SW Meet this month or is Coombe it?

sorry to but in lee but can i put blight blue led's in my digi dash mk2 astra so it lights up like the new golf's

You cant have leds in the lcd dash as they use halogen bulds are are REALLY bright.
Nova16v can chage the colour of them by doing somthing with the diffuser on the lcd but they wont be a bright blue like the Golfs.

I've got a set of Red LED's form Lee69 (cheers by the way).

However, they aren't that bright at all, i can't see the first half of the Rev counter or the end of the speedo even with the intensity turned up. I've got Lockwood dials on it.

Could this be the reason as they have thicker parts/coverings in places on the back?

Any ideas?

coppen try turning the led around by 180 degrees.
they only work one of the two ways it can be inserted.
when i used em with black standard dials they looked like this

they were the set i got of mark.

just so ya know, turning up the "light intensity" thingy shouldnt make the LED's get any brighter.

The LED's use fek-all current when compared to the bulbs that were previously there, so the light dimmer doesnt have enough power running through it to dim or brighten the LED's, if yours' does then there is summot very weird there

They are fine in the dark now...had the bloody kitchen light on next to the car...Doh!!

How many in total would i need to equip my Astra Sport dashboard instruments and where can i get em from?

phils got same car and you can get em from phil.
1 each for the switchs
also 1 more to change the "on"colour(if you wanted to)
the computer thingy takes erm.......(shouts phill)

im stuck deciding on colours for my dash, ive painted bits inside blue and silver, but like the idea of green leds, what everyone else think?

hi

i dont have any pics of green leds in corsas, but wayne hiscock who uses this board has green in his corsa.
