Cleaning the car, chrome bits, windows etc....

I know this may seem daft, but what's the best way to clean ya car. I mean by hand not hand car washes.
I'm after info on what's reasonably priced stuff etc..
What do you people with "show" cars use?

I'm gonna be cleaning the mini 2 morrow as it's got a weeks worth of road dust on it and wanna make it shiney!!

I have been trained by Autoglym and prep used performance and pestige cars for a living. If you want I can E-mail you a list showing what to do, what to use and in what order to do everything.

Just get autoglym, its the stuff jaguar use on there cars so it cant be so bad.

even there chamois is simply unbelivable.

Its late and i really cant be assed writing how i get mine nice and shiney tonight but i will do tomorrow.
