    Arrow What do YOU think?!

Had a little play around in the sun today

Fitted the skirts and splitter I had laying around.

What do you folks think? Better with or without?

Please do not suggest to paint the bumpers because I will not.

If the skirts go so does the splitter (looks naff by itself)

    Well........

The splitter is an Espace and it was sat in the shed.

The wheels will be next to go in replace for some 16" Sofstars so i can get my bigger brakes on.

The skirts suck ( in my opinion.)
If u must have skirts then put ones with out the fin (modified nova ones or cav sri mk2 ones)
If u want cavvy ones i have a set i dont need (changed my mind) and i can bring them to coombe with me...

    I'm still very undecided!

I think it looks ok with the skirts but not quite sure bout the splitter. But its fun hearing it scrape everywhere!

As my next door neighbour commented, the skirts finish off the square looks of the car.

I think it would look ok if I maybe lost the splitter and had a GSi bumper but still kept em grey. Which I would like to do but the insurance job will result in me having a brand new bumper so there's no point wasting a new bumper.

I think the bigger wheels will make the difference.

Freak, i may take you up on that - I'll let you know nearer the time!

In that case you take the bumper off and tell them it was a GSi bumper......
They will replace it with a GSi one then.

So Tom, do you mean keep the splitter and skirts on now till I get the wheels (btw won't prob be till late Autumn as cash is VERY tight and MOT is due in September ) then swap the bumpers, or leave it all off until I get the wheels?

I've been driving around with it now for 3 days and it does make the car look a lot more aggressive and meaner. Just havn't decided whether it looks tatty or not.

I think its the closest I'll be able to get to a "sportyish" look without painting the bumpers (which I won't do ). Eventually I want to paint the skirts and bumper but only to graphite grey or sthing similar.

Roll on more opinions! I can take the abuse!!

yeah definitly leave the skirts on, they look good and if you like the splitter then leave that, depends if you want it on until a GSI bumper arrives

i;d say leave it till you get the wheels and a GSI bumper

Looks like its 63.64% to keep it all on!

I'm kinda growing to like it now too.

Next mod will be to put some cold air feeds down to the 2 splitter holes.

Hmm, looks much cleaner without, though may require a few more details to make it look like you've left it 'as is' on purpose.

I think I'll leave it all on for Pod then see what peoples opinions are when seeing it in the flesh coz it is a bit different.

Its all got to come off after pod for the body repairs anyway so it will be make or break then whether to take it off/leave it on.

Thanks for the valid comments, much appreciated!

See you at Pod - Simps
