Only if you can apply them on the outside of the glass.
The glass will make everyhting applied on the inside Shiny.

You can buy window frosting spray as it goes,me and my bro and dad use to do motocross all over britain and we used that to sort out the rear windows to stop pikeys looking into the lorry
