    Leather steering wheel restoration?

    Hi all,

Just got a calibra 4x4 leather steering wheel and the leather has seen better days; it's gone an off-black green and the top of the wheel is slightly rough to the touch. Is there anything out there to restore the black colour to the wheel, and to smooth down the rough patches?

    Thanks!

    Grant

You could try black shoe polish .. it wont get it back to new but will help the colour and smooth it down a bit

lanoflex oil paint it on for a bit till it no longer absorbed then saddle soap and it'll be fine i just did leather seats like that and they came up really good. not as far gone as your teering wheel tho
