    removing stains on plastic?

My dad's motorcycle stood during winter in the shed,

apparently some water droplets fell on it (tho it was covered with a plastic)

renovator for the plastic (as the black, non-painted) part on bumpers didn't work, any other suggestions?

    .
Note: the above may or may not be entirely correct.
I wondered why the frisbee was getting bigger, and then it struck me.

Possibley some de- greaser to clean all the plastic back to bare (pannel wipe , de greaser, silicone removal ect..) then just hit it with some trim detailer ect again .... and it should come up even iirc.

Also on my patchy bumpers used meguires trim detailer - abouit £5 for a 500ml bottle - great stuff !!!
