    Alloys & Springs

ok, will my car look ok with 16' alloys with a -35mm drop?

or will it need 17's to look ok?! because i can get hold of some -35 springs but will the 16's on with them look to small???

the reason i ask is coz if it looks ok with 16's then i can save some money by getting them instead of 17's!

Hope this makes sense coz it looks kinda confusing!

    Cheers,

    Joe.

To be honest I would go for 17", they will look better than the 16" and will save you money in the long run as 16" tyres tend to cost more than 17" tyres do (oddball size). Give us a shout if your needing tyres as I can get them trade price from Scotyre in Broxburn.
Couldn't think of anything good to put in here.

17s over 16s anyday - although handling will be better with the 16s on.

I'm running 16"'s I'll post a pick if you like, it hasn't been dropped yet..

Must admit though, handlings sweet but 17's would look class,

Dave dempsey, is that offer open to anyone?

i noticed no degredation in handling between my 16s and my 17s, and then again between my 14s and my 17s on my nova.

    Does anyone still remember me?

I was using my standard wheels (14")

Then i got some 17"s, and ive never driven one with 16"s on it but i can take roundabouts at the most ridiculas speeds. Little scary in the wet but i love my wheels! Go for the 17"s 0% understeer!

Make sure you get them in the right offset!
