    Part sprayed/wipedown

Half sprayed a spoiler earlier in year, but weather changed before i finished it. So it has been laid up til now, what can i use to wipe it down so i can add the finishing coat/s?

    White spirit any good?

No white spirit is bad as it leaves residue. Use thinners or panel wipe, or better still give it a light keying.

    dont use thinner.
as it will start to take the paint off,and can leave it on the suface so when you paint it the paint will react and go all crappy,

pannel wipe is the best stuff to use,
but as richie said it will ne re keying up,
I'm louder than gods own revolver and twice as shiney.
