tyres for speedlines?

ive just aquired a set of 6.5 *16 speedlines,what width and profile of tyres are best to fit on a w reg corsa,there are 205/55 on 2 and 205/45 on the other 2 atm but would 195/40 or 195/45 be better?

Most people stick with the 195/45's

im using 195/40/16s continental sport contact 2s

I used 205/40's I found that they gripped better than the 195/45's, though going by the tyre guide you should buy 195/45 for your wheels
