    Lowering v6 cavvy

    Hi y'all.
    I'm new to all this at the mo so stick with me for a while,i just got a v6 cavvy and theres ppl out there thats telling me i cant lower it because of the weight at the front,please tell this aint true,any advice would be very helpful and give me hope for my new project

    Yes, you can lower it no probs. Either buy a lowering kit from the likes of Koni, Spax, Avo etc etc, or if their springs don't suit you (i.e. they don't lower it enough), speak to www.coilsprings.co.uk about getting a custom set made to whatever spec (poundage/drop) you want.

    of course you can lower it,it has springs,slap whoever told you you can`t.

    Cheers mate,i did think it was odd when i was told,i wanted to take it to 60mm but they reckon it was impossible.

    60mm is very possible on a v6 - give them a kick in the chuff
